Record load peaks, regenerative events, idle SOC, charging access and ambient exposure across the complete shift rather than using average power alone.
Include mechanical and service conditions
Vibration, shock, enclosure contamination, cooling maintenance and replacement access belong in the cell and pack qualification plan.
